IPAD2 - gift from friend

I am curious as to what kinds of apps that are out there to make the IPAD2 world fun and educational. I look forward in learning about forum members and what makes them tick. I am looking for an app that I can use to write on forms and save then pull up another form and write and save and so on. I did fin Numbers and wondered if anyone was using this. The IPad Forum is a community of members from all walks of life and from all over the world coming together to share our experiences and to help each other learn about this wonderful piece of technology the Ipad.
