Ipadmini is stuck in recovery mode

My ipadmini is stuck in Recovery mode
I tried redsn0w, tiny umbrella and even the iTunes rerstore using 6.1 and 6.1.3 Ipsw but didn't work.
If somebody can help me fix this problem it will be great. (Also my ipadmini is jailbroken)

Have you tried this tutorial? If every step is followed exactly, you will end up with a properly functioning iPad on the latest iOS.
