And I love the plugin. No need to go to the browser and type in the address. Just click on the Icon and voila.

Just go to the iPad Forum Home Page in Safari and then click 'Add to Home Screen' when saving a bookmark. Then you have the iPad Forum website Home Page icon on your iPad's Home Page - one click and it opens up Safari and takes you straight to the iPF Home Page.

No need! We have iPF for this.....

Safari I do not have / want a homescreen, because I am not always browsing the same site.

All iPads have Safari - and you can have as many of these Home Screen bookmarks as you want, and keep them in a bookmarks folder.

I agree, but personally I find the IPF app very convenient. Having said that the forum with its functions and layout is also one of the best I came across and also a very active one.

I can't help agreeing, I much prefer using the app than the browser. It feels quicker though I expect it probably isn't.

It's certainly nice to have choices. I tried the app and didn't care for it at all, so I just went back to using the browser (although I use perfect browser, not safari)

My problem with iPad forum on the iPad is that I cannot "jump" into the text box. My cursor goes to the URL line. What is it that I am doing wrong.

I love using the iPF app as it's much quicker than using Safari and you haven't got the ads slowing down the load times ;)

I like the iPF app but like Tapatalk more. And with tapatalk I can have a few other forums that it supports all in one place.
