It's impossible the option still exist, all u have to do check the apn number for tethering in settings, it will appear after that. Post a reply if successful
Go to settings > network > mobile data > enter the apn number under tethering its actually given by the mobile operator . India my operator is BSNL so the apn number is bsnlnet . You have to check with your operator after that you will see the personal hotspot option available.
