Anyone know how to create albums directly from Ipad without using Mac or PC??

You can use "Photo Sort HD" and a few other apps which don't act like a native app, if your not jailbroken, however if you are jailbroken you can get "PhotoAlbumn Plus" in the Cydia store, which allows you to make albums and move files into and out of them, just like you would have expected if Apple had done it natively themselves.

Mine is jailbroken with greepois0n, i did see that "Photoalbumn+" in bigboss but wont allow me to download it. dont know why?

Look for the one for the iPad, it not the same as the iPhone/iPod one. "PhotoAlbum+ for iPad" on bigboss repo in Cydia.

Try deleting the pirate sources for stolen apps that you mention above, and use the legitimate sources on Cydia for your apps. Apps from those sites are stolen and many have viruses in them. The source for the "PhotoAlbumn+ for iPad" I mentioned is on BigBoss and it is one of the default sources on Cydia, and they have many great apps for free, and many that are great paid apps. Support our developers, without them, their would be no apps. It's against forum rule to even talk about those pirate sites. You can be banned from the site for it.

I did what you tell me to deleted those sites. But once I got to "PhotoAlbum+ for Ipad" in Bigboss and it says "purchase". After i clicked the "Purchase", nothing happen.... Just wont able to get it..

Try taping on the Purchase icon, I think it's green, on the middle of the page, for some reason the one at the top right doesn't seem to work on several things I have tried to purchase, until I taped the one in the middle of the page.
