IPod app

Hi,
I have recently installed the Battery Doctor app and have tried to follow instructions regarding saving battery power. I have found the process rather confusing as the instructions appear to be more for the iPad 2. With regard to this I am instructed to turn off the EQ which is found in the iPod app. I have no iPod app and cannot find one anywhere.
Has anyone any clear advice please?

I can't help with your specific question but I can tell you that the iPod App was replaced by the Music App.....which is why you can't find the iPod App.
