Is there anyway to transfer songs direct from iPod touch to iPad without using computer?

Nope - spent ages searching for a way online, but cannot be done.

You can transfer pictures from iPhone / iPod touch / iPod nano 5th gen though.

just sync the iPad with itunes click the playlists you want and what ever u have on the ipod is on the iPad very simple

I sync 1iPhone, 1 iPod touch, 1 iPad and Apple TV on the fly no problems

Hi there's no way between to directly do this between the two devices. You have to uses iTunes as your central hub.

You can only transfer music from your iPod to iPad using iTunes.
