if you have the latest IOS and keep your device updated then there is no need to worry about virus.

No need for antivirus apps. If your app is up to date, then it should be okay, UNLESS your computer has a virus. Then it might be transferable aka might spread, but that is on a low percentage.
I do not think there are antivirus apps anyway, at least not yet.
