Please see this thread for any and all updates on the jail break of the iPad2 on iOS 5.1: http://www.ipadforums.net/showthread.php?t=44596. It is updated very promptly and I suggest you subscribe to it so as to be notified when it updates.

In addition, if a jail break is released, it will be spread around the Interwebz faster than you can blink and all boards and web sites will light up with the news. You won't be able to miss it.
