Is there a way I can edit my ipad bookmarks on my PC somehow?

I have an extensive bookmark hiearchy that I would like to edit more efficiently on my Windows-based PC. How can I do that?

Is there a way to do it in my icloud account somehow?
Also, how can I import a portion of my firefox bookmarks into the bookmarks on my ipad?

Well... You can sync iPad bookmarks with iCloud, and then merge them with Internet explorer or safari on a PC. But if you use FireFox, like me, then you are going to just have to do it on the iPad.

If you want to sync with Internet explorer use the iCloud control paner for windows:
iCloud Control Panel for Windows
