is there is a benefit from updating version 4.2.1

i have ipad 1 v 4.2.1 jailbroke ( not permenant) with redsnow
is it wise to upgade the version and what is the best version to go to it with easy jailbreak. or should i stay at my version. it is working well now.

If you have your saved SHSH Blobs for 4.3.3 you should definitely get onto that version. Whilst 4.2.1 is still viable, you will eventually be forced to upgrade as fewer applications keep support for 4.2.1.

If you don't have 4.3.3. blobs you should probably stay where you are as the 4.3.5 JB is tethered.
