Is this screen repairable?

Is this screen repairable? If it is, how.

Its an ipad mini circa 2012.

All help greatly appreciated

Based on your photo the problem could be either a defective screen or a problem on the motherboard itself. If there's an Apple Store close enough I recommend a Genius Bar appointment for a full diagnostic. If the problem is with the screen itself the iPad is repairable but since your iPad is the original iPad Mini, any repair cost is likely to be more than the current worth of the iPad.

Likely needs a replacement lcd and there’s a risk of cracking the glass when repairing. Not an economical repair for a 6 yr old iPad.
