Is webDAV video streaming possible?

I want to show some short videos to my class and figured my webDAV server would be the perfect solution. Unfortunately, GoodReader only plays the audio, and WebDAV Nav can't play anything from it at all. The movie is in .mov format. What format should the file be converted to, and what software would be needed to achieve that conversion? Thanks!

To stream video from the AirStash, you open Safari - have you tried navigating to your drive using that?

Not sure I understand. I never mentioned "AirStash". I use either DropBox or MobileMe. I did try to access MobileMe via browser, but it automatically detects my device and won't let me access my iDisk that way. When I use the iDisk app I can only hear sound- the same problem as with GoodReader.

Yeah, that was unclear, sorry. What I meant is have you tried navigating to your file using the Safari web browser on your iPad, which should recognize the file and play it within the browser? AirStash also sets up a webDAV server via wi-fi, but you use Safari for media streaming, so I thought that might work in your case as well.
