issue with powering my ipad back on

Hi, Im having problems trying to get my ipad to come on the correct home screen after powering down and turnit back on . it comes back on in safemode i think , i have to type setting and try to respring, in order to get it to work right. can anyone help.

You have installed an app or tweak which is either not compatible with the iPad (likely designed for the iPhone only), or is not for 5.1.1. You should use Cydia in Safe Mode to remove the offending tweak. Work backwards from the last thing you installed to discover what it might be...
