Hi it's my pleasure to join this forum as a new member.
I have difficulty using the Singapore National Library Mobile app to read SPH newspapers on my iPad (6th generation) software version 15.6.1 and the Library staff could offer limited login assistance only.
My issue is not login as I can do that but when I click on the free to read SPH logo the system just hangs and wait & wait there and cannot get into it.
I wonder anyone here had similar experiences and managed to get over with it. Will appreciate any assistance.
