Hi all not been on here fro a long time, can you tell me what the latest untethered JB is and what the latest official software is on apple, thank you.

The latest iOS is 7.1.2, which can be jailbroken using Pangu.

If I bought 4 of these they would be JBable then I presume they come installed with 7.1.2 do you know what hey come installed with ? and would they be JB from box or would I just update them to 7.1.2 if that's not ios from box and then use Pangu ?

Any and all devices can be jailbroken on any public iOS that they are currently on, from 1.0 to 7.1.2 either used or straight from the box. Depending on where you purchased the devices, they may or may not be on 7.1.2. Either ways, it's jailbreakable in one form or another
