iTunes app on iPad 3

Hi folks,
I'm new to the iPad environment but actually I'm trying to figure out why the iTunes app on my iPad does not display the top menu bar ? I am trying to setup my music on it.

You need to use the Music app and Video app individually. The iTunes app is for buying stuff from the Store.

The Music app will have music and audio podcasts, the Video app takes care of Tv Shows, Movies and video podcasts.
