Itunes download

I purchased a tv show on iTunes and then tried to download it, it kept on saying error try again and it will not work. I tried to delete it and purchase it again but it won't delete. Help!

That happened to me once and I contacted support. They reset it on their end and emailed me the download link. Worked!

Tech support is you probable solution, but I had this problem once, and tracked it to the anti-virus program I was running. I temporarily halted the protection and the TV show downloaded without a problem. Strangely, this only affected a couple shows. Most downloaded fine with the protection on.
