iTunes Error 21 - Help!

Hi, aswell as my problem in the iPad 1 Section, before the boot loop charging problem, when I tried to restore my iPad with a backup I already had, iTunes kept throwing the Error 21 window at me.

Whats going on? I've also tried to delete the "host" file from System32\Drivers\ETC but no luck

Please help!
