iTunes informs have videos but there are none

My fathers iPad nano is advising that there are some videos.

I seem unable to find them on his iPad.

Any ideas here please.

Hello and welcome to the forum! An iPad Nano makes no sense - assume that you mean an iPod Nano, so please clarify before advice can be offered - confused - Dave

I couldn't find my videos on my iPad Pro iOS 10.3.1, even the ones I had just taken. Finally I found them under a Photos, Albums, Videos. Felt like a blithering idiot! Hope this helps.

You'll also find that your videos are in the camera roll with your still photos, sorted by the date and time they were taken.
