Itunes Issue

I would appreciate any suggestions to the following problem.

I recently bought a new laptop (winblows). I installed new Itunes and connected my IPAD2 (already loaded). I was expecting to cross sync with windows but unfortunately I received an error message saying that IPAD was already synced with another itunes library.

My question, is how do I get all my info on my Ipad over to Itunes. Or is this not going to happen?

Thanks for your responses and please pardon me if this question has already been exhaustively discussed.
