Itunes menu items missing

Hi,
Please can you help. I just got my IPad 2 and loaded iTunes 10 and at the top on the black bar I only have home,AppStore, podcast,iTunes, when I am on the iTunes store.
I do not see music, Tv shows, movies etc.
What have I done wrong that those menu's are missing.I want to buy music , and I am on ITunes store but do not see any music, tv shows, movies.

Please can you help.

According to the fine print at the bottom of Apple's web site: Please note, iTunes Store purchases, iPod (PRODUCT) RED and Apple Online Store are not available in South Africa.

So, it looks as if it's a restriction because of where you live. Sorry.

Hi, thanks but I do not understand. I have registered and bought some Apps already and using them.
So why can I buy Apps and I can not see the music , TV and movies .

Maybe my iTunes did not setup correctly ?
Any advice pls
