Itunes No Camera found ipad 3

I am having problems with itunes both my ipad two and the new ipad are showing no camera found after a sync, yet everything works fine on both 2 and 3, does anyone know whats going on.

Try rebooting your iPad or shut it down and turn it back on

I have tried all that still the same problem on the PC. The camera works fine it's it iTunes that comes up with no camera found.
