ITunes software won't download

Something happened where my IPad2, IPhone & IPod were not being "recognized" by ITunes..... Someone suggested on the forum to download the latest software but it would not work .... It was then suggested to delete ITunes from my PC and re-install it.
Now I cannot get ITunes to download at all

Any suggestions?
