By cant I log into iTunes from my ipad2 and when I can it only allows me to access iTunes u and podcasts. It was working fine then one Arvo it changed to this?
Any ideas?

Unfortunately, it appears you've run into restrictions based on the country you live in (UAE). Your government restricts Apple and prevents them from offering the full iTunes "experience." I know that others have gone to a different iTunes store, but I am unsure if your provider will allow you to do so.
