There was not going to be a jailbreak for iOS6.1.3 if I am not mistaken. You will have to wait for the jailbreak of 7c

The latest is that a jail break for that iOS is being worked on. However, there is no ETA, though I've heard one will be available before 2014 starts.

However, as with all jailbreaks - we'll see them when they are released. It's never a guarantee, a release date.

In other words, hang in there. I'm sure a jail break for iOS 6.1.3/6.1.4 or iOS 7 is on the way. We've just got to have patience.
