Jailbroke and reset ipad I think im screwed. please help!

So I jailbroke my ipad. Didn't want it anymore. I did a full reset. Now I just get the spinny loading thing for a long time.

You have to be plugged in to iTunes on a computer, you can't do a OTA reset....

rhardin's advice is correct. This iPad Hacking tutorial will give you the right gen, and reassure you that you have't bricked your iPad by JB and your subsequent steps.
