JB 4.3.2 Now live

My question, if I am running Untethered JB 4.3.1, how would you go about installing this? Same way, via redsnow?

All jailbreak users must avoid this firmware for the time being. It is almost certain that Apple has patched the jailbreaking vulnerabilities in this firmware. Stay tuned to the forums for more info.

NOW is your last chance to get your 4.3.1 SHSH Blobs. The firmware windows will be closed imminently. Don't know what I'm talking about or why its important you have 4.3.1 Blobs? Read the SHSH Blob FAQ Sticky in my sig.

Yup. That's why I suggested to stay tuned! Pwnage to the rescue, HOWEVER...
Everyone please note this is now a TETHERED JAILBREAK. That won't suit everyone. As suspected, it looks as though Apple patched the untether exploit. Make sure you read the stickies in the hacking section, linked in my sig, to understand what this means...

Again, take care jumping in with redsn0w on 4.3.2 everyone... Only for the hardcore.
Pointing redsn0w at a 4.3.1 firmware to jailbreak 4.3.2 is a hack and as such it should not be expected to be bug free. Initial reports are the patches which the jailbreak applies to 4.3.2 are broken.

I could care less about 4.3.2. But I will install it and get SHSH for it once tinyumbrella is capable of it. Any way to subscribe to tiny umbrella twitter or emails?

Btw, get ur SHSH with tiny umbrella today or regred it later. I would also say get SHSH and back them up onto USB or send them to ur self via gmail.

Of blobs for that particular firmware, I'm afraid so. Read the SHSH Blob sticky for an explanation of why the window is now closed and the imporance of blobs. Keep the faith though. None of us knows for sure where the iPad2 breakthrough will come from for jailbreaking.

Encouraging news! Looks as though the 4.3.1 untether exploit mat not be patched in 4.3.2 according to the twitterverse... A few updates to the JB tools might see us through after all.

4.3.x where x=security maintenance & minor bug fixes but the emphasis on security. So why update?

For version numbering:
major.minor.maintenance ~ is what each section of the version # refers to.
Major ~ major rewrite of the code
Minor ~ add-ons
Maintenance ~ security enhancements
