Jb ipad2

If & when I jb my ipad2 will I loose my apps & settings? Eg is the iPad reset or cleared when it is jb
What is the best way to jb my iPad 2 4.3.5 untethered?

Have a look at the Hacking section 'stickies'. There is no JB for a 4.3.5 iPad2.
