I have been trying and trying to install Juno email on my dad's new ipad with no luck. He doesn't want to change email
providers so I am trying to make it work for him.
I have spent hours on the internet combing it for directions but nothing is working. I have changed the online setting in his account to on for pop and entered pop.juno.com and smtp.juno.com for the host names with a variety of port codes, but nothing works. I can send an email but can't receive one.
Any suggestions? I appreciate any help.
