Keyboard Color

Does anyone know how to change the color of a ipad2 keyboard, without jailbreaking. I do know it cost $2.00.

AFAIK, there is no way to change the color of the default keyboard without jail breaking. You may be able to buy an app that has a different colored keyboard included in it. But, that keyboard, if it exists, won't be useable system-wide and cannot replace the stock/default Apple keyboard.
