Keyboard issues

As of today, my keyboard is mysteriously located on the top of my screen rather than at the bottom of my screen. I can't see what I am typing because the keyboard is sitting on top of the page. Any ideas why this is suddenly happening and how I can fix this?

Starting from the basic, had you turn the ipad off and then back on? Like reboot.

Tap and hold the keyboard key under the right hand shift and slide the keyboard where you want it or just tap the keyboard button and select dock. I think that should work.
