Korg app does not synch

I just purchased the Korg IMS-20 app for my 32GB iPad. I downloaded using iTunes then synched the iPad but the Korg app does not appear on the iPad. Now it does not appear in iTunes but I can see it in Windows Explorer, is there a way of refreshing iTunes from the Itunes\Itunes Media\Mobile Applications folder.
