Large app download problem

I purchased a large app. How can you download only that app and not have to sync all your apps?

No way I know of to just add one app via iTunes. Why not sync them all?

Did you buy the app through iTunes on your computer or did you buy it through the App Store on your iPad?

Just download it from the appstore on your ipad, it wont charge you again.
