I have problems with these characters and standard templates in Keynote, not only in iPad, Macbook has the same problem. They are replaced with characters from other font and it looks ugly
. Didnt find how to replace predefined font in Keynote template. It will be fine if fonts for iPad will include all characters not only latin-1 subset. One thing which is better in Microsoft world is that they internationalise aplications completly. instead iwork aplications looks very nice and I like it. It would be fine to define problematic characters and adding them to fonts (for example with fontforge) or to buy fonts with all characters and use them in all apple products(osx, iosx) This is problem for Slovak, Czech, Polish and more non english world too.
