Legal Pad?

I've searched high and low both in this forum and online and I need some help. I use my iPad 2 and my legal pad equally. I am looking for a professional looking portfolio-type case which will hold my iPad 2 on one side, and a legal pad on the other side. Here's the catch - I've seen two of these online and both are very thick and bulky (1" - 1.2" thick). I am looking for one that, basically, just holds the iPad 2 and the legal pad. I don't need it to hold cards, etc. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
