List generator

Hi!
I am looking for an app for groceries.
I want it to keep track of how often I buy a particular item, then generate a list of what I a probably running out of based on my purchasing history....
Isn't that crazy?
It would sure help out around here!
Please post back if you know of an app that does this.
PS - it would need to be pretty easy and simple to use. I am not an IPad genius.

Some supermarkets (grocery stores in American?) have apps that do that sort of thing. Try searching for your favourite store in the app store. I doubt that you'll find anything quite so clever as you described, but you can certainly set-up standard lists then pick things from them for each weekly shop. Some offer barcode scanning too, so you can add things to your list when you use the last one.
