Log In issue and iCloud.

Hello,
I have a question. I am fairly new to the iPad and I forgot my login so I changed it and lost everything not under new login. Is there any way I can retrieve old info like camera, notes if I remember my old password. I did not have iCloud at the time only iTunes. Help please if you have any advice.
