Looking for a drawing app

Hi. haven't had my ipad long its all working well.
My question is.There was a program on the TV earlier today regarding house decorating. The man that was advising the people of the best options to do in this old house.
The man in question had an ipad with him and he took a photo of one of the walls as they were, Then he opened up this app on the ipad and the photo that he had just taken of the wall was on screen he then clicked on this app and it brought up a selection of different colours he then selected a blue colour then clicked on the wall of the photo that he took and it changed to red.
Does that make sense as I'm not the best of people to explain something. Does anyone know anything about this app that he had on his ipad.

No idea which app you saw, but searching for 'home paint' in the App Store turned up at least 4 possibilities.

I personally don't know what app that is but I have seen that on shows. There is something for computers other than iPads called 3D home builder. I don't know what there is on the iPad like that.
