Looking for an App that can Extract Zip files to a Specified Folder and if.........

... when extracting to that folder encounters a file that already exists, it will overwrite that file with the newer on in the zip file.

So if I have a file called abc.pdf already in my folder. I then extract a zip file into the folder where abc.pdf already exists. If a newer version of abc.pdf exits in my zip file, I want it to replace the older version after extraction.

Any one can help me find this app?
