Looking for app thst converts handwriting to text

I am in need of an app that allows me to write notes using a stylus on my iPad2, and that will hopefully translate my handwriting into text. Is there such an app? I haven't yet found one. Any suggestions on a not-taking app? This is a new area for me. I appreciate any input.

You might take a look at 7notes HD. It does a good job rendering script into typewritten text.
