Looking for vocabulary app

I'm looking for a vocabulary app to learn and memorize new words. English. The main feature I want is being able to add words that I come across myself. Something simple like flash card style. A flash card app alone I could load up, but one made for vocabulary would probably have a list, then I could add my own.

I've searched the iPad apps, but the descriptions don't specify the adding feature.
