Looking for voice to speech writing software for ios6 ipad2

Hi I've been Looking for voice to text writing software for ios6 for ipad2 for a very long time amd haven't found anything close to what I need. I was hoping somebody here might be able to help me out. Thanks . I have arthritis and about to have another hand surgery....thanks

Dragon Dictation does this. With all speech to text apps, it must communicate with Dragons's servers to process the file and return a result. As with most dictation apps, it will learn and improve over time. Have not used it for some time, but you do need to speak clearly for accurate results.
