Lost files in GarageBand

Hello,

I have a biiiiig problem with GarageBand. I don't know what I did, when I synced my iPad on the computer, all my apps were deleted, and I fear I lost all my GB files. How can I get it back (if ever I can?) because that's days and days of work and I just couldn't do it all over again. I need your help fast, anyone, please! There must be a place on the iPad where it's not completely deleted isn't there?
