Lost Plus Sign in Safari

I have looked everywhere and read every resource I can find, but I still can't find the lost plus sign that used to be on my Safari toolbar. And until I find it, I can't bookmark anything. HELP!!!!!

The plus sign got replaced by an arrow a couple of updates ago. So, look for the arrow just to the left of the address bar.

Then, when you press on the arrow, you get the option to add bookmarks.
