Magazine Storage APP

I am looking for an APP which I can load into my iPad such that I can "store" magazines in it.
What I plan on doing is purchase magazine, such as MacLife, in digital form, and archive them by title, month, and year.
I realize that some magazines can be purchased from specific providers but not all can be, such as the more popular car magazines.

Can anyone out there in the iPad world point me towards such an APP?

Can't think of one. The trouble is that most magazines want you to use their own apps and your sort of organisation would require a more sophisticated file system.
Perhaps something could be cobbled together with the forthcoming folders option in iOS4 expected in the fall.
