The first thing I am going to say is "Wow! No wonder you are having issues!" You have a lot of tweaks installed - and I can guarantee that's your problem.
To start, you've got stuff installed on your iPad that is only for the iPhone (specifically, the 3GS and the 4). That's the tweak Call Tell (and its SBSettings toggle). I don't even know how you got it on your iPad - Cydia should not have let you install it! So, that's one thing that should go.
Then, any tweak having to do with Siri is going to cause you issues because the official Siri tweak is not updated to work on iOS 5.1.1. So, I'd recommend getting rid of those.
TBH - I think you have sources installed that are not the default Cydia ones. I could not find (using Search in Cydia) most of the tweaks you had listed. I only have the repos loaded that come with the initial jail break. So, my recommendation is to remove all tweaks from the non-stock/default repos and then remove all the non-stock repos. There are reasons that Jay Freeman, the owner of Cydia, has a small list of "good" repos. The rest are either untried, no good or dodgy at best. You run too much of a risk with these unknown/unverified repos - as you've discovered.
So, I would go back to the basics and only use the tweaks from these repos:
BigBoss
Cydia/Telesphoreo
Dev Team
Mod Myi
ZoTTD & MacCity
Then, you will be using "tried and true" repos with tried and true tweaks. And, the iPad will run much better.
