H --- brand new. Been trying to change my Facebook profile photo. Can't seem to do it on pc so trying to do it on iPad. I don't know where to do it. I can post a picture but want to add one from my photo stream or an album .i never see the + sign people are talking about or assign to profile

Hi Mary and welcome to the Forum!
When in the facebook app in landscape press the tab which is 3 horizontal lines top left corner, the page will move to the right to reveal sections on the left. Press photos, select the photo you want, once it loads press the tab top right which is a box with an arrow and select Make Profile Picture. If you cant see the tab just tap top right and the tabs will appear. Hope this helps.
