May Need To Restore iPad 1

I'm starting to have problems with notifications not working or telling me to connect to iTunes for push notifications or other notifications to work and other issues with all my apps. I've reinstalled apps but have same problem. I know I'm probably needing to reset my iPad to original like 'new' but the problem I have is I'll lose all my songs that I don't have the CDs for anymore. I can't hook it up to my PC as I've had to reinstall Windows and also to save space on the C drive my mom moved stuff to the external hard drive, which started it all, it acts like it's a 'new' iPad already.


Does anyone know of a way I can still completely reset my iPad without losing everything including my songs???
