My IPad message app used to show a list of people I text with on the left side of the screen. You could tap on a persons name and see the entire conversation. Last night a new OS was downloaded and now I only see the last text message as it now fills the entire screen. How do I get it back to where it was?

Last night a new OS was downloaded and now I only see the last text message as it now fills the entire screen. How do I get it back to where it was?

I would try powering the device down and restarting the iPad. This can happen randomly.
